Passion Versus Peace

For years, I have been driven by my passion, to love and taste and eat the world, but now all I want to do is lie in the grass and watch the sky.

I don't know this new me. 

I searched Google for "peace and passion" and found this link.

Someone wrote: "Passion requires thirst, volition, attachment and is the opposite of peace."

I liked that.

But for me, passion is a kind of hot unrest. I want cool rest. Problem is, I still want to feel alive. Not sure how to do both.

Become

I'm not sure how I feel about this. There's part of me that thinks, cool, look at that, she's giving me a directive with her neck, encouraging me to become the person I want to be. But then I'm like, why can't I just be who I am? To me, that's way harder to do.
